Kylee and I flew up to Minnesota for two weeks to see my sister and her family. Levi (my new nephew) was less than a month old when we got there, so that was pretty neat. My Dad & Mom were also there the same time that we were. While Kylee & I were there, we were able to spend a lot of time with my family, and also were able to go and see my friend Betsy & Winn. I was there for my sister's baby shower and were able to see my Aunt Chris & my cousin Heidi there. They don't live too far away, so on a Saturday, my Aunt Chris, Uncle Kent, & Eric came up along with my cousin Corene & her family, and my cousin Julia and her two kids. They had come to visit and so we all had a great time that day. I wish the day could have lasted longer because I don't get the chance to see them very often. Hopefully it won't be so long before we see them again.
We shopped, talked, played, walked, and just had fun being together. Josh wasn't able to come with us this time, so that was a bummer. We were very excited to see him after being gone for two weeks. We were about 20 from landing in New Orleans, and Kylee asked where her daddy was, so I told here that he was somewhere out there and we would see him when we landed. She kept looking out the window and saying "Daddy is somewhere out there!" By the time that we got off, half (well maybe not half, but quite a few) the people on the plane knew that she was going to see her daddy!!

We have been working on the outside of our house and our yard lately. I painted the shutters & the front door. I also put one coat of paint on the trim, but that hadn't been done yet in this picture. It's slowly getting better.
Kylee wanted to "help" me paint the other day, so I gave her a bucket of water and a paint brush and let her "paint" the shutters. She had a great time.

We went to Biloxi, MS on Monday to see some friends that are moving to Alabama soon. After eating yummy Mexican food, Michelle & I went shopping at the Outlet Mall and got some great deals, while Ben and Josh did what they love (playing Nintendo Wii) and they watched Mara & Kylee.
