Gymnastics

In January, we put Kylee in Tumbling Tots (gymnastics). She has been enthralled with gymnastics ever since the Olympics in August. Joshua's nickname for her since she was a baby was Monkey Shine, and she has definitely lived up to that name! I finally took a picture of her in her outfit. (Sorry, it's a little blurry.)

Family Pictures

These pictures were taken on his actual due date. He is 10 days old and Kylee is 3 1/2.

Photo fun

I was tagged by both Betsy and Kari in a photo game. You are suppose to open your 6th photo folder and post the 6th photo in that folder.

Here is Kylee and Michelle (the bride of the wedding she was in). This was taken in November of '07

Let see what you've got, Christy, Julia, Corene, & Dianna!

LIttle Man!

I know that I am going to forget how small Zane is, so I decided to take a picture of him with Kylee's baby doll and in Kylee's baby doll stroller. It's kinda funny because the doll and stroller are pink and he is a boy, but about everything Kylee has is pink!

Zane Curtis Smith

On February 17, 2009 at 6:21am, God blessed us with a baby boy Zane Curtis Smith weighing 5 pounds, 7 ounces, and 18 inches long. My actual labor was only about 2-3 hours and I had an epidural for 2 hours of it (which I slept for most of the 2 hours). Although he is such a little guy, he is healthy and his doctor is very happy with how he is doing. Joshua's parents were here for a week and my mom is here for 3 weeks, so we have lots of much appreciated help. Kylee is very excited to have her little brother finally home and is adjusting to sharing mommy and daddy with someone else. Zane seems a lot more laid back than Kylee was, but only time will tell!! Thank you all for your prayers for our little Zane Curtis.

Here I am at 38 weeks (1 1/2 days before Zane was born).

Update on Zane

I went in for an ultrasound and doctor's appointment. Zane wouldn't cooperate very well and turn his head so they could get a good measurement of it and also measure the rest of him so they could tell how much he was weighing. But as far as they could tell, he had gained at least a few ounces which they said was enough for him to stay in for now. Yea! We go again on Friday, but just for a non stress test. Thank you all for you prayers.
